Experienced with the day-to-day running of a test department in a small company.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Routine testing and calibration work on the company`s products.
Trouble shooting and fault finding down to component level.
Maintenance and repair of test equipment
Additional responsibilities include:
Producing and maintaining test and calibration procedures.
Specification, design and procurement of special test equipment as required.
The company designs and manufactures control equipment mainly for the temperature control market based largely on 80C51 processors.
Whilst mainly analogue, some digital technology is used.
It is anticipated that applicants will be qualified to City & Guilds in Electronics Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years experience in an electronics test environment.
